What is the appointment cancellation and lateness policy?

Lateness causes a hinder to our schedule, and it is unfair for on time clients scheduled after you. So if you are more than 8 minutes late and we are fully booked and or have an appointment after you, we will have to cancel or reschedule you. If you no-call or no-show, you will not be rebooked. Out of respect for our time, please let us know if you are unable to make your appointment. Clients will lose deposit if they do not cancel within a 24-hour time frame prior to appointment.

How should I prepare for my sugaring appointment?

1. Please exfoliate within 2 days before your appointment.

2. Wear loose clothing to your appointment to let the area breathe and avoid irritation after.

3. Wear cotton underwear (better for your skin if getting a Brazilian)

4. For those with a low pain tolerance, we recommend taking a pain reliever 20 mins before your service (Advil or Tylenol)

5. Make sure the area getting sugared is clean and dry (no deodorant, lotion, oils, etc.)

How long should my hair be for an effective sugaring session?

The hair length must be 2-5 weeks after shaving or 4-6 weeks after waxing (length of a grain of rice). I’ll be able to get more hair since it’s fully grown out, and your wax will come out cleaner and last longer.

Can I bring kids or guests to my sugaring appointment?

No kids, and no guests unless they are being serviced as well.

Can I still get sugared while on my period, and what should I consider regarding sensitivity during this time?

You can still get sugared while on your period, just have a fresh tampon in. But, please note your body might be in the inflammatory state during that time of month, so you may experience higher sensitivity.

Please have a clean face and let us know if you have allergies or using any medications that can contraindicate your service.

Brow Tint Aftercare

- Avoid getting brows wet for 24-72 hours

- Avoid swimming, saunas and heavy sweating for 24 hours

- Avoid touching your brows

- Avoid direct sunlight/uv light - Use oil-free cleansers

Brow Lamination Aftercare

- Nourish brows with castor oil DAILY and brow conditioner after 48 hours

- Avoid swimming, saunas, and heavy sweating for 24-48 hours. Keep brows dry.

- Do not use Retin-A. AHA or exfoliate around brow area for 72 hours

- Avoid makeup or eye treatments for 24 hours

- Use oil based cleansers/ makeup remover

Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy

Please let me know at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.

Late Arrival and No-Show Policy

All clients have a 10 minute grace period, after that I will have to cancel reschedule you. I completely understand life happens, so if you are unable to make your appointment please notify me as soon as possible. You can always re book through my booking link, or I can accommodate you for another date time.
